Who We Are

Roslynn Pedracine is a dedicated attorney, federal investigator, and business leader with a passion for empowering individuals, businesses, and communities through strategic legal guidance, policy expertise, and education. As the founder of Pedracine Law, LLC, she specializes in estate planning, legal consulting, and mediation— helping clients build lasting legacies with confidence and clarity.

Roslynn’s legal career is built on a strong foundation of advocacy, negotiation, and strategic planning. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008. She continued her education earning a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2013, and honed her expertise in governance and policy earning a Master of Public Administration degree from Hamline University School of Business the same year. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Pamela J. Alexander in the Fourth District Court of Hennepin County in the criminal and property divisions, and was then competitively selected as a Presidential Management Fellow - Class of 2013 under the Obama Administration.

With 15 years of experience as an investigator, policy analyst and mediator, Roslynn has played a critical role in enforcing civil rights laws, ensuring regulatory compliance, grants management, and facilitating dispute resolution for the federal government. She is also a skilled training facilitator and speaker, developing trainings to equip internal staff, stakeholders and community members with the knowledge to navigate federal policy and regulations effectively.

Beyond her legal and investigative work, Roslynn is a trusted educator and business leader. She served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she shared her expertise in Client Advocacy Skills, Legal Drafting and Oral Arguments. Her commitment to social impact led her to become the founding board chair of All Square, an innovative nonprofit dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals across the Twin Cities through law and entrepreneurship. She provided advisement on organizational governance and strategic direction, ensured the business remained compliant with legal and fiduciary responsibilities, and shaped the organization’s long-term vision, policies, and impact.
